Gas sampling

Metlab’s gas sampling system STL Gas sampler is used for gas analysis with manual wet chemical method regarding HCl, HF, SO2, SO3 and NH3 but also for Hg and other metals according to international standard methods.

The complete sampling system consists of 

1. A heated glass sampling probe EVA Light Gas probe
2. One or more parallel bottle racks with absorption bottles
3. One or more control units CU-1-10 (or CU-1-20)

Advantages

• Easy to handle and transport
• Robust design and reliable function
• Flow capacity: 0-10 lpm (or 0-20 lpm for CU-1-20)
• Absorption bottles for 1-3 lpm or alternatively up to 10-15 lpm
• The absorption bottles are handled safely and conveniently in bottle racks
• Simultaneous determination of the moisture content of the flue gas with a gravimetric method is also possible
